Item(s) purchased online may be returned for a refund. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Credit will be given in the original method of payment (price of item as well as any applicable taxes) subject to the terms below.
Returned products must be in original/new condition (in its original package without any visible wear and tear.) We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if goods are returned to us in an unsellable condition. We will ship it back to you, at your expense, and not provide a refund.
Upon receipt of a return item, we will inspect the product/s condition for quality control. After the product/s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We encourage you to get insurance and tracking information on your packages as you are responsible for it until we receive it.
We must receive your returned item within 30 days of shipping date.
There is no refund for shipping costs already paid on purchases.
