Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check individual item listings for specific details.

Most orders are shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is received, unless the item is on backorder or custom-made. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs processing. While uncommon, such delays can occur.

All items are securely packaged in protective bubble mailers or sturdy packaging. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by postal or courier services.


Estimated Shipping Times

Priority Mail

  • North America: 10–25 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 10–27 business days

Express Mail

  • North America: 4–6 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 4–7 business days

* Packages that arrive visibly ripped or damaged during transit should be refused upon delivery. Claims for missing contents cannot be accepted after a damaged package has been received.
